Hiring CNAs, CMAs, RNs, and LPNs – opportunities across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

What We Offer:

  • Pay:

    • CNAs: $19–$24/hr

    • CMAs: $23–$27/hr

    • LPNs: $31–$36/hr

    • RNs: $40–$53/hr
      (plus mileage reimbursement if applicable)

  • Shifts & Schedule: 1st, 2nd, 3rd – pick what works for you! Full-time, Part-time, PRN, or Contract.

  • Flexible Pay: Weekly pay + optional daily pay!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities (dressing, hygiene, meals)

  • Administer medications and treatments (CMA/LPN/RN)

  • Monitor and report resident health changes

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized environments

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams

  • Support resident education and care planning (RNs/LPNs)

Requirements:

  • Valid license/certification for your position (CNA, CMA, LPN, RN) in the state you will work in

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Current TB test and physical exam

  • CPR/BLS certification (preferred for CNAs/CMAs, required for LPNs/RNs)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Willingness to travel to multiple facilities if needed

  • 1 year of experience preferred but new grads and med-aids welcome!

  • Ability to assist residents/patients safely and compassionately
