Job Overview:
Shifts Available: Day and Evening shifts available
Schedule: Flexible scheduling with weekday and weekend options
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, or Per Diem
Pay Rate: (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee kitchen staff and ensure timely, quality meal preparation and delivery.
Supervise food handling and sanitation compliance throughout the department.
Cook and prepare meals based on dietician-approved menus.
Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Maintain documentation for meals served and ensure food safety records are complete.
Collaborate with healthcare staff to meet specific dietary needs of residents/patients.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous cooking and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Knowledge of food safety regulations (ServSafe certification preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Must be organized, proactive, and team-oriented.

Experience:
