Post-op fresh heart experience - must be able to take the patient from the OR, CRRT, Impella, and IAPB.
FRESH HEART EXP IS REQUIRED

75 MILE RADIUS RULE - TRAVEL
WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles)
Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU and documents travel experience.

Common patient diagnosis: CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA
Floating required if needed: To all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)
Drips and medications: Pressors- Levophed, Neo, Epi, Vasopressin,Dobutamine & Dopamine, Vasodilators- Cleviprex, Cardene, NTG,Anti-arrhythmics- Cardizem, Amiodarone, Lido Sedation- Precedex, Propofol, Fentanyl,TPN and Insulin
Specialty equipment used on unit: IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage) Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun)
