Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Overview:
- Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts (days, nights, evenings, weekends all available)
- Schedule: Flexible, Monday-Sunday based on your availability. Weekends and Holidays!
- Job Types: Choose what fits your lifestyle: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, or PRN!
- Pay Rate: $31-$36/hr, plus mileage reimbursement when applicable
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice or compact license.
- Current TB test and physical examination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and bedside manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to travel is preferred.

Experience:
