Job Overview:
- Shifts Available: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
- Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week
- Job Type: Direct Hire
- Pay Rate: $24.00–$36.00/hr, based on experience. Relocation and sign-on bonuses available!
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with assessing residents' health and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Provide direct care to residents, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet residents’ individualized care plans.
- Utilize transfer equipment safely and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Valid LPN license in North Dakota (or compact license).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Passion for providing compassionate and high-quality care.
Patient Population:
120 residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Experience:
