Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Overview:
  • Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts (days, nights, evenings, weekends all available) 
  • Schedule: Flexible, Monday-Sunday based on your availability. Weekends and Holidays! 
  • Job Types: Choose what fits your lifestyle: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, or PRN!
  • Pay Rate: $31-$36/hr, plus mileage reimbursement when applicable 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited program.
  • Valid LPN license in the state of practice or compact license.
  • Current TB test and physical examination.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and bedside manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to travel is preferred.

Experience:
