Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient health and report any changes
Support care planning and patient assessments
Ensure patient comfort and safety
Educate residents and families on care and wellness
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the care team
What You Need:
Active LPN or RN license (state-specific or compact)
CPR/BLS Certification required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel is a plus
One year of experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
