PPD management, survey knowledge, hold people accountable, long term care experience
What challenges might the leader expect when stepping into the interim role? Have a few agency front line nursing staff, newer DNS, annual survey exit 6.3.25 with 7 deficiencies working through POC and compliance
What are the top 2-3 goals you would have for the interim leader to accomplish?
Survey compliance, PPD management within budget, agency reduction
