  • Estimated Weekly Gross: $3231.90 - $3334.50 (Must reside more than 80 miles to receive travel rate (stipend). Job Description:

Unit Notes:Local rates apply within 80 miles (-8.00). On call and Call back are not billable. No Charge Rate. $500 backout/quit fee assessed when 2 weeks' notice not provided by agency. ND nursing home administrator license Please describe briefly what this person will be expected to do: responsible for the overall leadership and management of the location, including meeting established goals and outcomes, ensuring regulatory and organization compliance, directing and coordinating work, financial and operational stability, and demonstrating leadership. What knowledge, skills, or certifications does this contractor need (ICD10 coding, etc.)? PPD management, survey knowledge, hold people accountable, long term care experience What challenges might the leader expect when stepping into the interim role? Have a few agency front line nursing staff, newer DNS, annual survey exit 6.3.25 with 7 deficiencies working through POC and compliance What are the top 2-3 goals you would have for the interim leader to accomplish? Survey compliance, PPD management within budget, agency reduction Description of location/department where this person will be working: Number of beds: 38 SNF, 7 Basic Care, 16 independent living apartments Number of current census: 4 basic care, 36 SNF, 15 independent living Number of direct reports to this person: 11 Current priorities/issues/workload: see goals above Cancellation Policy:2 week's notice Charting System:PCC BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Post Acute Division:Nursing Shift Notes:days Required Certifications:BLS
