Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents/patients.
- Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility policies.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately.
- Complete accurate nursing documentation.
- Collaborate with CNAs, CMAs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and care plans.
Requirements
- Active South Dakota LPN or RN license
- Current TB test and physical
- CPR/BLS required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Dependable and able to adapt to different healthcare environments
- Experience is not required — new graduate nurses are welcome!
