RN & LPN – PRN / Per Diem – Iowa

Tri-State Nursing is hiring RNs and LPNs throughout Iowa! Join our team and enjoy flexible PRN and per-diem nursing opportunities that work around your schedule.

Pay

  • LPN: $31–$36/hr
  • RN: $40–$47/hr
  • Mileage may apply

Shifts

  • Days / Evenings / Nights
  • PRN / Per Diem
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts available
  • Opportunities throughout Iowa

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents and patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility policies.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately.
  • Complete accurate nursing documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with CNAs, CMAs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Follow facility policies, procedures, and care plans.

Requirements

  • Active Iowa RN or LPN license
  • Current TB test and physical
  • CPR/BLS required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Dependable and adaptable
  • Experience is not required — new graduate nurses are welcome!
