Job Overview:
- Shifts Available: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
- Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week
- Job Type: Direct Hire
- Pay Rate: $42.50–$48.00/hr, based on experience. Relocation and sign-on bonuses available!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor residents' health status and vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate residents and their families on health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using EMR systems.
- Oversee and support floor staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Utilize transfer equipment safely and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Valid RN license in North Dakota (or compact license).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Passion for providing compassionate and high-quality care.
Patient Population:
120 residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 months of LTC nursing experience preferred, but we welcome new RNs!
License/Certification:
- RN License in state of practice or compact license (required).
