GSS - Bottineau | RN
- # beds: 48
- Ratios: 2 nurses(typically 1 LPN-12 hour shift and 1 certified medication aide-10 hour shift) per 48 residents/1 LPN at NOC. 1 RN Unit manager also present during day 8-10 hour shift.
