- No Charge Differential at Good Samaritan Facilities

- Backouts & quits with less than 14-days notice incur a $500 fee

- Ratios: 22-25:1 (currently experiencing low census)

- Location specific orientation: Follow another nurse for 1 shift
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: CHF, dementia, DM, CKD, COPD, dysphagia (peg tube), urinary retention (foley catheters), wounds
